Ronald McDonald House
Your pop can tabs make a big difference! Each individual Ronald McDonald House Charities chapter collects its own pop tabs to support its own programs. We collect for the Ronald McDonald Houses and we would love your tabs! Pop tabs can be dropped off at Martin's Sport Shop and Dock Panther in Nisswa, MN.
Lions Eye Bank
Lions extend their commitment to sight conservation through countless local efforts, as well as through their international SightFirst Program and Lions World Sight Day. The Nisswa Lions Club collects eye glasses that are recycled and taken to third world countries free of charge. Many Lions have gone with doctors on these trips to assist in the fitting and placement of these glasses.
Donation Requests
The Nisswa Lions Club has a donation committee that reviews and makes recommendations to our club for consideration. We review requests once per month. Click here to download the Donation Request Form
Scholarships
Nisswa Lions Club awards up to 12 scholarships of $2000 each to local seniors. Eligible students include those from the Pequot & Brainerd School Districts as well as private and home-schooled students within these school district boundaries. We offer two application options for either a 2/4 year college or university or for vocational tech and trade schools.
